Public Hearing on Changes to Madison Government Draws Crowd
The meeting was held Wednesday night.

Residents at the public hearing held by Madison’s Charter Review Committee expressed differing opinions at the proposed changes to Madison’s government, Jack Kramer reports for The Source.

According to the Source, residents raised questions about how much additional money it would cost taxpayers hire a town manager. Officials said if Madison were to go down that route, the pay for the first selectman’s position would be reduced.
