Rockland HomeWatch Services earns accreditation from the NHWA
The National Home Watch Association has accredited Rockland HomeWatch Services of Madison

MADISON, CT—Rockland HomeWatch Services ###a name="_Hlk17800853">has earned accreditation from the Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured, and bonded.
Owner Bruce Wilson decided to start a Home Watch business after watching his snowbird parents move between Florida and Maine. In both places, they have trusted, but non-professional Home Watch "guys." Over the years, Bruce noticed that his parents worry and watch over the status of the empty seasonal home as if it were a full-time job. Technologies like cloud-based security, cameras, and thermostats make it easier to keep tabs while they are away, but it remains a high anxiety issue for them, and these technologies do not take the place of visual Home Watch inspections.
Bruce’s goal for Rockland HomeWatch Services is to remove as much of the worry as possible. When clients are away, whether it is a seasonal thing or a short vacation, they deserve to be present and enjoy their time. Rockland HomeWatch provides an accredited service with all the appropriate professional insurance and bonding you would expect and the professional recording and reporting tools his clients deserve. Bruce is a proud member of the National Home Watch Association.
