Sign Up For Once-A-Year Babysitting 101 Class

MADISON, CT — For half a century, the Women’s Club of Madison has provided a Babysitting 101 class. Over the decades, the curriculum has likely changed and evolved with the times.

For example, the course, which is offered through Madison Beach and Recreation once a year, is for girls, and boys, from age 11 to 14.

Babysitting 101 is a how-to babysitting course held on Wednesdays — March 4, 11 and 18 from 6:30-8 p.m. And it is a serious business: "Students MUST attend all classes in order to receive a certificate. No use of electronic devices allowed during class. These items will be taken and returned after class."

Space is limited for this once-a-year class.
