Sisters, Sisters!

Two Madison residents, sisters Kerry McDermott Holmes and Kimberly McDermott Esty, served as guest hosts on a recent epidsode of the public radio show, Real Life Survival Guide, host Bruce Barber announced on his blog.

According to the blog, Kimberly has lived in town for 20 years with her husband and they are now "adjusting to the 'new normal' of their empty nest," noting that their two sons are living away at college.

Her sister Kerry is the president of Madison-based Harbor Promotions, is very involved with her community and has three daughters with her husband, Matt.

The "Ladies of the Connecticut Shoreline" episode was recorded at The Stone House Restaurant in Guilford.
