Time to Register for Basketball Leagues In Madison

It’s Madison Beach & Recreation Basketball League Registration Time!!!! There is no-online registration.

You will need to visit the website at http://www.madisonct.org/Beach_Rec/forms.htm

Click on the “Blue” tab that says Beach/Rec Forms.

Go down to Seasonal and there is the registration packet. All you need to do is click on that and print, fill out and return to the Beach & Recreation Dept. Office with payment. There is a deadline so please don’t put off.
