MADISON, CT —The town is hiring a director of human resources. The 40-hour-a-week post pays between $86,679.05 and $120,309.30 annually, based on experience.

Applications must be received in the Madison Human Resources Department no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17.

To be considered for the job, a Master’s degree is "desirable," but a candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel, Public Administration or a related field and municipal experience is "highly desirable." A successful applicant must pass a "complex background investigation. "
