All eligible applicants will be considered for available placements, and priority will be given to the best match to a particular job. Other factors such as availability, enthusiasm, and readiness will be weighed in the process.

Once matched, oriented and placed in a job, participants will be expected to fulfill all aspects of their job placement with supervision and direction provided by the work site. Wages will be paid by the town at the state minimum wage of $14 an hour. Participants are not eligible for unemployment compensation following the completion of the program.
