Upcoming Summer Concerts In Madison

MADISON, CT — There are several upcoming summer concerts scheduled in Madison, whether on the Town Green, at the Surf Club or at Bauer Park.

Summer Concert Series

The town's summer concert series is free for all. Shows are held each Sunday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the Town Green. Attendees are encouraged to bing their lawn chairs and a picnic dinner.

Upcoming shows include:

• Aug. 4: 1 Wild Night Bon Jovi Tribute Band
• Aug. 11: The Kenn Morr Band
• Aug. 18: Last Licks
• Aug. 25: Take Two and Call Me in the Morning

Music at the Surf Club

Music at the Point is presented by Madison Beach & Recreation. There will be live acoustic music and vocals by local artist Joe Mazzarella on Aug. 1 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Surf Club's Garvan Point.

Music at Bauer Park

There will be an evening of bluegrass and folk standards with local artists Patrick Gazda and Tomcat Bob. The show is slated for Aug. 9 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Bauer Park is located at 257 Copse Road.
