Griffin Health, the organization running the clinic, does not provide specific appointments, so parents should sign up here for the "time window you plan to bring your student(s) to be vaccinated." Cooke said, "Once a time window is full, it will be removed as an option. This will allow us to hopefully avoid congestion at the clinic and provide us with an estimate of how many vaccines will be needed."
Families are asked to also print and fill out the pre-screening forms for your student(s) off our website. Please keep in mind that the people administering the vaccinations may not move as quickly from patient to patient as they would at adult clinics. We thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation."
