Are you new to yoga or want to enhance your practice? Learn the ancient Indian techniques and philosophy from RYT 200 Allyson Anatra. Allyson was trained in Rishikesh, India (the birthplace of yoga) and has traveled all over the world since 2013 teaching yoga in places like Ghana, Dominican Republic, Thailand and the Philippines. The style of yoga is Hatha and includes Pranayama (ancient breathing techniques), Mindfulness Meditation, Sound Healing and doTerra Essential Oils. All levels are welcome - especially beginners. Bring a mat and a pillow or blanket if you wish. Classes begin Wednesday, February 19, at 6:00 pm at the Town Campus Dance Studio, and runs for 6 weeks.
