40-Plus 'Small Business Spaces' Proposed For Manchester Parcel

MANCHESTER, CT — A unique development involving more than 40 small business spaces has been proposed for a parcel on Sanrico Drive in Manchester.

In a Tweet last week, planning officials said they were "in receipt" of applications for the construction of 43 "small business rental units" at 58 Sanrico Drive.

The units would be spread out over three buildings. officials said.

The development would need a wetlands permit, a special exception and approval of an erosion and sedimentation control plan initally, officials said.
