6-Building Housing Project Proposed For Manchester Parcel
New housing is being proposed for a tract of land in Manchester.

MANCHESTER, CT — Big plans are in order for a parcel on Oakland Street in Manchester.
Municipal planning officials said Thursday that an application has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a detailed site plan, an erosion and sedimentation control plan, and an inland wetlands permit at 321 Oakland Street and 27 Lillian Drive.
The plans call for 37 new residential units over a half-dozen buildings.

The existing pair of single-family dwellings would be removed, planning officials said.
No regulatory timetable has been announced for the project.
