Dear Senator Blumenthal:
Dear Senator Murphy:

I am Proud & Lucky, No. Proud & Blessed to have been Born in a Country with a Constitution guaranteed to outlast everyone of Us! Imagine the Founders being of such sound mindedness that they handed to All who came later a Document meant to weather any and all the nonsense our Politicians throw at it. A Document that stands next to our flag as a beacon of Freedom. They would surely be proud of the Revolutionary Spirit with which We stand by a Document they would have died for had they been found to have signed it.
NOW, With Senator Tom Udall's joint resolution, S.J. Res. 19, Harry Reid has but one goal where the Constitution is concerned: To trample on it so that he may prosper from it both Financially and Professionally. He doesn't seem to understand why People would be disagreeable with regard to his take on Freedom of Speech. When was it decided that Freedom of Speech for one group of People, say...AARP was a group with voice while say, ANY Conservative group: like Tea Party (any subsidiary)....As proven by the IRS.....should be refused it's Right to speak without being labeled dangerous? This seems to happen whenever Mr. Reid steps on the Senate floor. His regular diatribes on the brothers Koch while he dismisses Democratic members and groups who make vile comments about any Republican and Conservative Men, Woman and Children. One can only hope this duplicity is as obvious to Connecticut's elected Leaders as it is to decent people. Please contact your fellow Senators and Representatives and stop Harry Reid from his attempt to Stop Conservative speech. You are but a temporary elected official. You swore an oath to protect and defend this Country and the Constitution. It is not for any of you to infringe on the rights of any person or group of people, whether they agree with you or not.

Sincerely,
