“A Mortgage for Someone Who Loves the Numbers”

The other day I did a mortgage for a CPA. You talk about being prepared with everything that I had asked for, it was a real treat. Everything was in a folder and labeled, WOW. 

There were a couple of minor challenges we worked through and now it came down to reviewing all the numbers and signing the application. I always want to go over numbers first and I am very methodical as I do so. 

I got a WOW and a Thank You, and she told me that was a wonderful experience. I completely understand this transaction and all the numbers. I must have had a smile from ear to ear. The best part was, she told me she would look forward to referring some of her clients to me.
