Accused Drug Dealer Arrested — Again — In Manchester
An accused Manchester drug dealer has now been arrested three times in two weeks, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — An accused Manchester drug dealer has now been arrested three times in two weeks after being caught selling on Thursday, police said.
At about 7 p.m. on Thursday, the East Central Narcotics Task Force received a tip that Keon Ivory Walker, 44, of 219 Summit St., Manchester, was actively selling crack cocaine and Fentanyl in the area of Summit Street and East Middle Turnpike, according to a report.Task force members then observed him in action and took him into custody, according to a report.
Walker, who goes by the street name of "Keys," was charged with the sale of heroin and crack, posession of drug paraphernalia, possession within 1,500 feet of a school and possession with the intent to sell, according to a report. He was held overnight on a $100,000 bond, police said.

On May 30, he was charged with seven drug-related offenses after a raid of his home led to the seizure of Fentanyl and PCP along with driuig-related equipment, according to a report. He posted a $20,000 bond in the case, records show.
On June 11, he was arrested after a "non-narcotics-related incident," according to a report.
