Accused Peeping Tom Arrested in Manchester

He was caught in a neighbor's yard early Wednesday morning, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — A man was charged with a pair of crimes after a neighbor noticed him looking through her window, police records indicate.

According to a police records, Benjamin Matos, 57, of Eldridge St., was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

The Hartford Courant reported that a woman complained about seeing a man outside a bedroom window after she woke up Wednesday morning.
