is especially rewarding when family is being referred. It is not one
sided. I have referred a few clients to him as well. Anytime I am
involved with a real estate transaction where Gail or I are the seller
and the buyers don’t already have a lender it is an opportunity to refer
them to a competitor. That is my way of giving back.
