Specialty Running Store Expanding To Manchester Road Race Start/Finish Line

MANCHESTER, CT — So, if a prominent running store in southeast Connecticut is to expand into north central Connecticut, what's the perfect location?

At the start-finish line for the Manchester Road Race, correct?

Well, guess what?

"We got the keys, now we build. Ashley and Jeff welcome you to our second Kelley’s Pace location, now in Manchester," said the owners of Kelly's Pace Wednesday in front of its new place along the 700 block of Main Street.

The Manchester store will be called "Run Manchester by Kelley’s Pace."

"See you later this summer," the owners said.

Like the original Mystic store, the Manchester location is expected to focus on running shoes and apparel, fitness accessories, specialty shoe-fitting.

The expansion marks the first additional location beyond the flagship store at Olde Mistick Village in Mystic.
