Community Health Resources President and CEO Heather M. Gates Selected for National Executive Leadership Program National Council for Behavioral Health Names Group “28 to Watch”
Heather M. Gates, President and CEO of Community Health Resources, has recently been selected among hundreds of applicants from across the county to participate in a new national Executive Leadership Program of the National Council for Behavioral Health. “I am honored to be a part of the Executive Leadership Program and excited to have the opportunity to learn from other leaders, integrate new methods of managing complex problems, and help our senior leadership team work to solve problems more efficiently,” Gates said.
The 28 executives selected for this program represent some of the greatest leaders of community mental health and addictions organizations in the nation. During the 10-month program, they will perfect their leadership and management skills through coaching, training, and performance improvement, with the goal of improving the behavioral healthcare field’s leaders by preparing them to thrive as the American healthcare system continues to transform and to ante up behavioral healthcare field’s role in healthcare decision-making.
