Manchester Board of Directors honors young champion with a proclamation. On Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Mayor Leo Diana will present Mykquan “Mikey” Williams with a proclamation. Congratulationing the 13 year old on his recent win at the National Silver Gloves Tournament in Independence, Mo. Williams is a member of Manchester Ring of Champions Society boxing club located at 52 Main Street, Manchester. He also holds 2010 and 2011 Ringside World Championship titles and was honored by the board with a Citation in September.
