
Three times is my saturation point. Three times I scheduled an appointment with a client to get a refinance done, minutes before two of the appointments he called saying something came up, the third time he never called until the next day.
I don’t know about you, but I value the time of others and I have an expectation that my time should be valued as well. When it comes to appointments, more often than not, I am going to be early, never mind show up.
After leaving a message that he had just forgot about the appointment. I called him back saying that I would rather not set up a specific appointment, but when he was available, to just stop by and I’ll do the best I can to meet with him. He said that was a good idea, we’ll see.
