MANCHESTER, CT — A credit union with deep roots in the area wants to modernize its drive-up services in Manchester.

Manchester planning officials said this week that a Planning and Zoning Commission application has been submitted for a "Form-Based Zone Detailed Site Plan," for improvements, primarily consisting of upgrading the existing ATM machines to VTMs at 304 Broad Street.

That's the address of an American Eagle Financial Credit Union branch.
