The bank this week submitted an application for a special exemption modification for the branch at 344 Middle Turnpike West. Key Bank wants to install a vacuum tube ATM in the existing lane. The bank also wants to relocate an exiting transformer and dumpster adjacent to the drive-up lane. No formal hearing date has been assigned to the application.
