“Be Prepared to Make Your Offer”

Mr. Petrowsky
My Realtor, Bill XXXXXX recommended that I contact you. He told me that no one did a better job with reno loans. We found a home we like that needs renovation, we need your help. How do we go about doing that bid for the reno? What is the system for that? First steps? One of my concerns is that the market is really hot right now, and many houses we have looked at are selling super fast; is the 203k process very involved and time consuming? Would we have time to get that in place, or do we not need it in place before making an offer? Also, are there a lot of fees involved we need to take into account?

Buying a home can be challenging enough, but when you add doing renovations as part of the purchase it can create an even larger challenge.

It is important for clients to understand the process. There are many steps and they all need to be followed to insure a transaction doesn’t take an unnecessary length of time. Done correctly the process will take 8-10 weeks.

The Realtor’s kind recommendation was earned because we have worked together many times and he always gets me involved early on in the process. As a result, all will go much smoother.
