MANCHESTER, CT — A Manchester gas station has sold a big winner in a CT Lottery scratch game.
On Monday, Nileshkumar Lad, of Manchester, cashed in a $10,000 winner from the 10X Cash 16th Edition game.
He purchased the ticket at the Sunoco station at 33o Tolland Turnpike.
