MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester-based Bob's Discount Furniture has been named to the 2026 Forbes List of America’s Best Customer Service Companies.

Officials for the chain, said the recognition marks "a significant recognition of the brand’s continued commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences."

The annual list, compiled in partnership with market research firm HundredX, surveys tens of thousands of U.S. consumers to evaluate customer satisfaction across five key dimensions: quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. Bob’s Discount Furniture stood out in the furniture retail category, earning high marks for its "consistent service and customer-first approach," chain officials said.

It is not the first time Bob's has been recognized for its customer experience leadership. The company was previously named to the 2024 and 2025 Forbes Best Customer Service lists, and "continues to build a reputation for service excellence in a highly competitive market," Bob's officials said.
