Boston Marathon 2022: Manchester Finishers

MANCHESTER, CT — Runners from Manchester competed in the 2022 Boston Marathon on Monday. Nearly 25,000 participants officially finished the 126th edition of the famed race, including more than 350 from Connecticut.

Everett Hackett, 32, of Hartford was the top Connecticut runner — in 50th place with an official time of 2:24:56.

Laura Pierce, 40, of Woodbridge placed 127th among women and was finisher No. 2,251 overall with a time of 2:55:41.
