This was the first study to clearly demonstrate that Adult Day Centers actually reduce stress on family caregiving.
What they didn't say is that attending a day center is also the least expensive option for in home caregiving.
Senior Moments Adult Day Center provides medication and advice by an RN. Services such as foot care, a hairdresser, and massage therapy are also available. It provides a nutritious meal and the opportunity for people to enjoy a day filled with fun and companionship.
