handle all of the needs of their clients.
This builder is very hands on when it comes to making sure that the
financing piece is handled correctly. He wants to make a personal
introduction and then he leaves so that we can handle the personal
stuff.
This client will need an end loan as the builder will handle his own
construction financing, but we are also able to handle these
transactions from beginning to end.
We are fortunate to have construction lenders that can do VA, FHA and Conventional mortgages.
