Attached are the plans for the home that Nick will be building for us. Hopefully
we are now ready to order the appraisal. Please let us know if you need

Love working with clients that want a new home built. Fortunately for me,
many in the mortgage business do not offer new construction products. It
is actually fortunate for my clients as I completely understand the
process having worked on my fair share of projects.
Most likely lenders won’t work with most loan officers as they have no clue
about the process, not the case for me as I have built a couple hundred
different single family homes and condominiums.
