Burglars Drive Truck Into Manchester Dealership: Police

MANCHESTER, CT — Bandits used a truck as a battering ram to break into an auto dealership in Manchester, police sad.

On Tuesday, at 4:48 a.m., police responded to 30 Adams St. for a report of a truck that was driven into the Manchester Honda building, police said.

The truck was intentionally driven into the building by thieves trying to gain access to the interior and, once inside, they stole motorcycles and generators, loaded them into another truck and fled the scene, police said.

The pickup truck inside the building was found to be stolen out of Newington, police said.

Detectives responded to the scene and are actively working the investigation, police said.
