We are family owned and operated, and conveniently located in Manchester, CT. All caregivers sent to our clients that are in need of assistance are certified by the Connecticut State Department of Health, as CNA’s, however we are deemed, non-medical. This ensures the quality of professional home care to our clients.
Our care coordinators are on call 24 hours a day seven days a week 365 days per year in the event of emergency services or an emergency with a current client. We do not use answering machines or answering services.
We perform background checks once per year (our choice) we have a contract required by the Department of Consumer Protection which we are licensed with we always provided a contract prior to them becoming involved our contract is not binding, we do not need a large down payment and all services start and end with a phone call, however the contract does need to be signed prior to services starting unless it is an emergency basis.
You are allowed to change the schedule or caregiver at any given time you wish, we do suggest meeting with a caregiver to make sure that there is a good personality match and that the family involved and Client feel comfortable with the caregiver selected.
Our caregivers have been with us for decades, just as family, we know them very well, we know their work ethics, they go above and beyond the call of assistance, while still respecting the client, their routine and home. Perspective clients are more than welcome to call prior clients the caregiver assisted as a reference for both the Aide and Angelic.
