Funny Bone Comedy Club & Restaurant

Dan Soder is a stand-up comedian, actor, and radio personality known for his sharp wit, grounded perspective, and effortless storytelling. His recent work continues to gain strong traction: his podcast, Soder, has quickly become a fan favorite, and his YouTube special, Dan Soder: On The Road, continues that momentum, now with more than 4 million views on YouTube. He is currently on the second leg of a 25-city national tour with Outback Presents. Dan will shoot his Netflix Special this Summer. Comedy Night at the Hartford Funny Bone with Dan Soder

Trae Crowder first gained international attention (or notoriety depending on your politics) in 2016 for his hugely viral series of “Liberal Redneck” comedic “porch rant” videos. Since then, Trae has written a best-selling book, The Liberal Redneck Manifesto: Draggin Dixie Outta The Dark, toured the country thrice over playing sold out theatre shows under the WellRED Comedy Tour banner, appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher (HBO), Nightline (ABC), The View, Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell (MSNBC), NPR, WTF with Marc Maron, MTV, CNN, Huffington Post and in the Veronica Mars reboot, as “Chattanooga Charlie”, among many others. Initially from rural Celina, TN, Trae now lives in Los Angeles, CA and has developed and sold five scripted pilots for Warner Bros TV, ABC, and FOX and continues to work as a writer. Trae stars in and produces regular sketches for Comedy Central, Funny or Die, ATTN, Facebook Watch, New York Daily News which have garnered tens of millions of views online. Guided Outdoor Walking Tour exploring Hartford’s and Connecticut’s Revolutionary War history
Mount Vernon Resources for Teaching about Washington and Slavery Presentation by Brenda Haenchen, George Washington Teacher Institute 250 Ambassador, who will share an array of classroom-ready resources from Mount Vernon and the George Washington Teacher Institute, including primary sources and lesson plans developed by teachers across the country.
A Visit to Museum of Connecticut History to see Connecticut’s Revolution, the new exhibit that examines our state’s role in the founding of the United States and showcases treasures from the Connecticut State Library’s rich collections.
PARKING: Parking at State House Square Parking Garage, located at 75 Market Street, costs a maximum of $10 with validation from Connecticut’s Old State House. Metered street parking is available. The show brings three accomplished rock guitarists to Hartford for an evening of live music while raising funds for assistance and support services.Johnny A. and Butcher are well known to New England audiences, but a new addition to the Monsters line-up is Dave Amato.
