American International College, Springfield MA

• More than 600 graduate and undergraduate students representing 22 states and nine countries received degrees from American International College at the 134th Commencement on May 11, 2019. Michelle Milner, of Manchester, received a bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Curry College, Milton MA

• Curry College is proud to announce that Bella Cavaleri of Manchester has been named to the Dean's List for the spring 2019 semester. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a 3.30 GPA, have no incompletes, and have no grade lower than a "C" for the semester.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• Eastern Connecticut State University's Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education held its annual year-end award ceremony and Alpha Upsilon Chi honor society induction ceremony on May 2. Among the honored was Anthony Ridzon of Manchester, who majors in Physical Education. Ridzon was inducted into Alpha Upsilon Chi.

Grove City College, Grove City PA

• Luke Meier, a Computer Science major at Grove City College, has been named to the Dean's List with High Distinction for the spring 2019 semester. He is the son of Donna and Wilhelm Meier of Manchester. Students eligible for the Dean's List with High Distinction have a GPA of 3.85 to 4.0.

Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware OH

• Sierra Mainard of Manchester has been named to the 2019 spring semester Dean's List at Ohio Wesleyan University. To earn Dean's List recognition, Ohio Wesleyan students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes.

Wesleyan University, Middletown CT

• On May 26, Marvin McNeill of Manchester earned a MA degree in Music from Wesleyan University.
