- Many hard-working students at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass., have achieved Dean's List or President's List honors during the fall 2019 semester, including Samantha Vigil-Pipkin and Amalia Sessoms, both of Manchester. In order to be included on the Dean's List, a student must have a minimum average of 3.5 for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and must have received no grades below B- during the semester. Students whose semester average is 3.85 or higher for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and no grades below B- receive President's List honors.

- Tunxis Community College in Farmington has announced the names of those students who qualified for the Dean’s List for the fall 2019 semester, which concluded in December. Students enrolled in a certificate or degree program who have earned a semester grade point average of 3.4 or higher and have successfully completed 12 or more credits, or have earned 12 credits cumulatively over multiple semesters, are eligible for this academic honor. Honorees from Manchester are Ciara Balthrope and Maribel Franco.

- Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) has announced that Dante Mauriello of Manchester, a member of the class of 2020 majoring in mechanical engineering, was named to the university's Dean's List for academic excellence for the fall 2019 semester.
