Lasell College, Newton MA
- Armani Turner, a Fashion and Retail Merchandising major from Manchester, presented work at the Lasell College Spring Connected Learning Symposium in April. Turner presented "Experiencing Vietnam in Color," a display of photos taken by Turner - an artist, student, and traveler. Turner took the photos during a Shoulder to Shoulder trip to Vietnam, on which Lasell students immerse in local communities in the country. The photo display was meant to show viewers "the human connection that can be made with global engagement."
Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

- Roger Williams University is proud to announce that Samuel Sumberg, of Manchester, graduated with a B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical Engineer Specialization) in May as part of the Class of 2019.
SUNY Oswego, Oswego NY
- Zachary Daigle of Manchester has reserved a place among more than 1,500 first-year students at SUNY Oswego. Daigle last attended East Catholic High School, and is an intended accounting major. Fall 2019 classes will begin Aug. 26.
University of Rhode Island, Kingston RI

- At the University of Rhode Island's 133rd Commencement on Saturday and Sunday, May 18-19, 2019, about 3,400 undergraduate and 740 graduate students became the University's newest alumni. Graduates from Manchester were Nicole Clemons, Doctor of Pharmacy Summa Cum Laude, and Amanda Rose Gonzalez, Bachelor of Science Human Development and Family Studies Magna Cum Laude. Students who received the honor summa cum laude graduated with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.7; students who received the honor of magna cum laude graduated with a GPA of at least 3.50; and students who received the honor of cum laude graduated with a GPA of at least 3.3.
