• Eastern Connecticut State University's economics department held its annual Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society for Economics induction on April 17. Among the inductees was Katherine Kolodziej of Manchester, who majors in Labor Relations/Human Resource Management. Omicron Delta Epsilon is one of the world's largest academic honor societies. It was established in 1963 through the merger of two honor societies, Omicron Delta Gamma and Omicron Chi Epsilon.
