MANCHESTER, CT — A new car wash has been proposed for a combined parcel near a popular big box discount store in Manchester. Planning officials said Thursday that PZC applications have been submitted for a car wash at 1082 and 1076 Tolland Turnpike and 15 Depot St. At the outset, the application requires approval of a Special Exception and Erosion &amp; Sedimentation Control Plan.
