CEO Raises Awareness For GOODWorks And My Sisters Place
Your Fitness Network CEO Raises Awareness For Local Charities Through Annual Toy Drive And Fundraising Event Called Nostaligia Forty Five

Your Fitness Network is proud to be a part of a local Toy Drive to benefit GOODWORKS and My Sisters Place. Co-Owner of Your Fitness Network (YFN) Devon Pollard is working to partner with several local businesses and his friend Christopher Wright to provide unwrapped toys to children in need. Devon and Christopher, decided to create an annual event called Nostalgia Forty Five. The event received its name from the very word Nostalgia which means a sentimental yearning for the happiness of a former time. A time in our lives that we remember the good times when we were growing up. A time when everyone danced, used words to communicate and respected one another. The event aims to help young children who are less fortunate during the holidays, and to provide wonderful memories for them to last a lifetime. Nostalgia Forty-Five is on December 16th from 5 pm-9 pm and is held at Nolita Ristorante in East Hartford.
There is never a coverage charge other than an unwrapped toy which will be donated to two organizations who help mothers and their children. “I am incredibly grateful and humbled that I have the ability to help others in my community and have had wonderful support from those in my life, to be able to create an annual event that is doing so much good for children and their families. My company Your Fitness Network is proud to be a part of something so meaningful. I am grateful to my friends and family for always supporting my work and encouraging me to continue to do more for my community,” said Devon Pollard.
Pollard is the co-founder and owner of Your Fitness Network (YFN), as well as owner of multiple other business ventures. He started YFN because staying fit and healthy is a priority for him and his family. Pollard has over 15 years of experience as a professional bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, and lifestyle / health coach. Devon understands better than anyone, how difficult it is trying to fit health and nutrition in a busy lifestyle. YFN brings fitness and nutrition to people wherever and whenever they want, in the convenience of their own home, office, while away at travel or vacation and even outdoors. YFN is online and mobile accessible, which gives everyone a platform to choose a healthy and fit lifestyle in any way that suits them. YFN will be launching live in January 2018.
