Choking Victim Saved At Manchester Country Club
Hartford Deputy Chief Brian Foley successfully cleared the choking victim's airway.

HARTFORD, CT — A choking victim at the Manchester Country Club was saved by Hartford Deputy Chief Brian Foley who successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver.
The incident was recalled by a member of the country club who witnessed the incident, according to the Hartford Courant.
Foley attempted the Heimlich maneuver twice and then asked someone to call 911. On the third try he was able to clear the woman's airway. He then went to play a round of golf after making sure the woman was fine.
