College Accomplishments By Manchester Students

MANCHESTER, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

American International College, Springfield MA

• American International College (AIC) has named 460 students to the fall 2019 Dean's List. Dean's List students have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA. Among the honorees are Manchester residents Kristi Brazeal, Raul Mateo and Ikenna Okechukwu.

Lasell University, Newton MA

• Three students from Manchester were named to the Dean's List for their strong academic performance in fall 2019. They are Evelyn King, Sabrina Michaud and Alanis Perez-Rivera.

Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware OH

• Sierra Mainard of Manchester has been named to the 2019 fall semester Dean's List at Ohio Wesleyan University. To earn Dean's List recognition, Ohio Wesleyan students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes.

University of Vermont, Burlington VT

• Benjamen Gluhosky of Manchester, Class of 2020, has been named to the dean's list for the fall 2019 semester at the University of Vermont. Gluhosky is a Wildlife & Fisheries Biology major in the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
