  • Mallory J. Kievman of Manchester was recently named to the highly selective Dean's List at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2018-19 academic year. Kievman, a member of the Class of 2020, attended Loomis Chaffee School. She earned a semester grade point average of 3.78 or higher this spring to be included on Colby's Dean's List.

College of St. Scholastica, Duluth MN

  • The College of St. Scholastica has announced graduate students whose degrees have been conferred for the spring 2019 semester. Christopher Kerr of Manchester graduated from St. Scholastica with a Master of Education degree at the 2019 Commencement ceremony on Sunday, May 12 at Amsoil Arena in Duluth.

  • Goodwin College announces that 992 students achieved Dean's List status for the spring 2019 session.   • At the undergraduate commencement on May 19, 695 bachelor's degrees were awarded. Including the degrees awarded at the graduate ceremony on May 18, a total of 1,265 degrees were awarded over the two days. At the graduate commencement, 522 master's degrees, one certificate of advanced graduate study, five Doctor of Philosophy degrees, 36 Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees, and six Doctor of Psychology degrees were awarded. Graduates from Manchester were Allena Hall, master's of social work degree in Social Work; Megan Gochee, master's of social work degree in Social Work; Michele Smith, master's of social work degree in Social Work; Ann Marie Ferriera, master's of social work degree in Social Work; and Abigail Perreira, master's of social work degree in Social Work.
  • Springfield College has named the following students from Manchester to the Dean's List for academic excellence for the 2019 spring semester. Criteria for selection to the dean's list requires that the student must have a minimum semester grade point average of 3.500 for the semester. Honorees from Manchester and their majors are Mary Burlette, English; Allison Hughes, Health Science; Monique Moncrieffe, Human Services; Katelynn Grabowski, Human Services; and Kate O'Connor, Rehabilitation and Disability Studies.
