Commercial Building Proposed For Manchester Industrial Tract

MANCHESTER, CT — A new commercial building has been proposed for an industrially zoned area of Manchester.

The plans for a building at 80 Utopia Road were submitted Monday to the Manchester Planning and Zoning Commission and are tentatively scheduled for review on Jan. 3.

The building has been proposed to measure 60,192 square feet. "Associated parking," a "drive aisle," utility work and landscaping improvements are also mentioned in the plans.

Town officials did not mention a specific company that might be involved. A for lease sign does sit on the parcel.
