“The Completion of a 203K Loan”
Expectations
can be a challenge, especially when there are a lot of moving parts to a
transaction. The resulting emails make it all worthwhile:
Hi Joe,
It's been 7 months since we met with you on Dec 2nd and as of yesterday the 203K portion of the transaction was a done deal. We
received the escrow check from the mortgage Company yesterday after the
house painting was completed and appraiser had submitted her final
report.
That being said, I want to thank you all for all of your hard work and for Putting up with all my emails.... I
really had thought it may take a month or Two, but working with the
contractor was a challenge and as you well know, I get very anxious so
I'm sorry to have bothered you so much. Your coaching was invaluable!
The bottom line we got the renovations done to our home, consolidated some debts and lowered our payment.
