MANCHESTER, CT — A daily numbers tick played out of a Manchester store has hit for big bucks.
On Thursday, Hartford resident Felicia Crump turned in a Play 4 Day ticket worth $20,000.
The ticket was purchased at the Gulf station at 220 Spruce St. in Manchester.
