It is not about fake it until you make it. It is not about keep saying it until you believe it. It is not about saying anything that you truly don’t believe.
I am very fortunate to be married to someone that is a master when it comes to affirmations, who always professes, that what you believe and the passion in which you believe, continues to become your reality. She’s pretty smart.
I have different affirmation sentences for each of the following beliefs.
1) I am committed to making a difference on this earth and work to accomplish this every day of my life. A commitment to making this earth a better place, because I was here.
2) I am committed to being the best husband on this earth. I am fortunate that I adore my wife for who she is and will always support her, no matter what.
3) I am committed to being the best father. To always be there for my children, to continue to give them a solid foundation, that will support them, even when we are no longer here.
4) I am committed to keeping my word, not matter what and even when I don’t like it. This doesn’t mean that I don’t screw up, but it does mean that I will clean it up, if someone brings something to my attention, that I didn’t do or say in an honorable way.
I will continue my affirmations as they truly serve me and in turn, all those around me.
