“Do You Follow the Crowd?”

"Do You Follow the Crowd?" 

I’m just not a "follow the crowd" kind of guy or that is what I thought. I’m very traditional when it comes to marriage, fatherhood, relationships, being an employer, being a referral giver and receiving them as well as customer service. So let me check it out.

1) Married nearly 44 years, to the same woman and adore her.

2) Best of friends with my two daughters.

3) I am the best friend a person can have, but probably the worst, if someone lies to me.

4) My longest employee has been on my payroll for 34 years and we’re still friends.

5) I belong to 2 two different networking groups, last year gave out 205 referrals to members of my BNI group. I gave out 124 referrals to the Realtors in 2013 as well.

6) 61% of new business came from past clients in 2013.

So, I wonder does that make me a follower?
