“Do You have the Right Marketing Plan?”

           “Does this plan include blogging and social media?” 

There is no way, I could possibly reach as many potential mortgage clients, if I wasn’t blogging.  Activerain has become my best client and that is saying a lot. I am only going to speak to referrals coming to me, even though I refer mortgage business out. By comparison, I closed 34 mortgages out of my BNI group in 2013 and 31 in 2012. 

Last week, I received 5 referrals from Activerain members, will they all turn into mortgages, of course not, but that is not the point. Having the opportunity to work with clients that have been referred to me is very special. My blogs also go into Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, WordPress, the Patch and BiggerPockets.

Some of these venues will bring referrals from other professional and clients themselves.
