Of course, I can help! Coaching clients to have a complete understanding of what they can afford or what their comfort level for a mortgage payment is truly vital. Just because someone can afford a $5000 mortgage payment doesn’t mean that is their comfort level for a payment.
So often a client tells me that they have been pre-qualified for X dollars and in the same breath tell me they really can’t afford that kind of payment. It just means that the loan officer wasn’t paying attention to the client’s needs.
