East Catholic Continues Reign Atop Basketball Poll

The Eagles have dominated all competition thus far this season.

MANCHESTER, CT — Extending their season-opening winning streak to 17 games, East Catholic High School again received all 18 first-place votes in the latest weekly boys basketball poll of media members.

The Eagles have won all but two games by at least 20 points. but face formidable competition Tuesday at home against East Hartford and Friday at Northwest Catholic.

Here are the top 10, plus all other teams receiving votes, with records through Feb. 11:
